Our store sells digital products only. No physical items are shipped. Digital products are delivered electronically to the customer’s email address after checkout.
Because customers receive access immediately or shortly after purchase, all sales are final once the digital product has been delivered. We do not offer refunds or returns for digital products that have already been sent, accessed, or fulfilled.
This policy is important because once vendor information has been delivered, it cannot be returned like a physical item.
